Field Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the terminal equipment and the application of all corrective actions, procedures and instructions.
  • Be responsible for safety, health and environmental protection on shift
  • Promote and assist in all HSSE practices
  • Participate in any optimization and evaluation activities in operations and maintenance planning, training and regulatory requirement drills
  • Required to work in a rotational shift environment.


Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field and/or experience in the energy industry would be considered an asset
  • Good communication skills
  • Demonstrate learning capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner plays a central role in enabling efficient, safe, and data-driven maintenance execution. This role ensures the planning and CMMS systems reflect the true state of assets and work, integrates feedback into strategies, and supports long-term asset health through structured preventive maintenance and planning excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate development and maintenance of long-term asset strategies
  • Integrate long term strategic maintenance planning with the daily schedule
  • Create/Improve complete work packages for cross functional jobs with required stakeholders (Mechanical, Electrical, Scaffolding, Operations etc.) and build resourcing metrics.
  • Develop and refine planning standards for the maintenance department & ensure planning standards are followed.
  • Assist in day-to-day planning when needed.
  • SAP asset management & SAP process improvement (Bill of Materials, champion Mobile SAP utilization, etc.)
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of maintenance work planning through work package updates and work order feedback review.
  • Coordinate with reliability & discipline specialists to close the loop on corrective maintenance backlog and recurring issues
  • Participation in maintenance on-call rotation
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma or trade certification in a mechanical, electrical or instrumentation industrial discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP PM or similar CMMS platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Attention to detail

Asset Integrity Specialist

The Asset Integrity Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of plant infrastructure and static mechanical assets. This role is responsible for managing inspection programs, developing medium- to long-term work forecasts, and ensuring that asset integrity-related work packages are complete, compliant, and ready for execution. The role is expected to anticipate regulatory requirements, support jurisdictional inspections, and reinforce the broader maintenance planning process by developing detailed scopes and supporting materials for upcoming work. The specialist collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering providers, Planning, Operations, and external authorities to meet compliance obligations and enable efficient, safe production. This role is pivotal to embedding asset strategy into execution and preventing integrity-related failures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage inspection and compliance programs for static mechanical systems, including piping, vessels, valves, tanks, concrete.
  • Ensure the integrity of assets through routine condition assessments, failure investigations, coordination of inspections with certified third parties, and associated recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and prepare technical reports for jurisdictional and regulatory bodies.
  • Proactively liaise with Engineering and MOC teams to identify changes requiring technical review and approval.
  • Oversee QA/QC process & advise planners and work execution teams on applicable QA/QC elements.
  • Develop medium-to-long-range forecasts of integrity-related work (N+1 weeks and beyond).
  • Create detailed and complex work packages
  • Collaborate with planners and schedulers to ensure integrity work is planned and resourced efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external regulatory and jurisdictional agencies.
  • Track and anticipate evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure that corrective actions and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide oversight and coordination for specific support services as assigned
  • Ensure contractors or internal crews are aligned with safety, scope, and quality requirements for these disciplines.


Qualifications:


Required:

  • College diploma or technical certification in mechanical, inspection, or asset integrity-related field (e.g., mechanical engineering technologist, industrial maintenance, or inspection technology)
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in asset integrity, inspections, or maintenance support — ideally within industrial facilities
  • Familiarity with pressure equipment regulations and common inspection practices
  • Exposure to Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop structured work packages and collaborate with planning teams

Preferred:

  • API, NBIC, or equivalent inspection certifications (e.g., API 510/570/653)
  • Experience in planning, ITP development, or turnaround planning
  • Understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) or risk-based inspection (RBI)
